So, you want to be an mlm millionaire huh? You want to drive the fancy cars and live in the supersized mansions, all while working only a few hours a day. That is what you want, isn't it? Well in order to achieve that level of success in the network marketing industry you have to first build a large organization. This means that you have to learn what it takes to recruit like crazy!

Recruiting is simply the process of talking to someone and convincing them that they would love nothing more than to join your business. You want them to be so excited that they think that joining was their idea in the first place.

So here are a few secrets to becoming a recruiting machine:

1. Love What You Do

One of the biggest things that you have going for you is to be passionate and excited about the company you're in. You should love your product so much that you would share it with others, even if there was no opportunity connected to it. People will naturally respond more favorably to someone passionate about what they are presenting.

Also, be completely committed to building your business. You should have laser-targeted focus on what it is you are trying to accomplish. People will think twice about joining someone who has constantly jumped from one company to the next. So once you find the company you are passionate about, dig in and stay put.

2. Listen Closely

Many times when people are super excited they try to oversell their prospects. They are so busy explaining everything that their pitch comes out as a type of word vomit. You don't want to talk at your prospect, but rather talk with them. So even though you want to be excited about what you're presenting, you still need to learn how to relax.

Remember to ask good questions, and then really listen to what they have to say. They will be more open to your suggestions if they feel a connection with you on a personal level. Plus, they will often give you everything that you need to recruit them if you just listen closely.

3. Lead by Example

If you are going to be recruiting and teaching people to do the same, you need to lead by example. You should be able to show your prospects that you are out building your business and therefore they will be able to do the same. If you aren't doing the things that need to be done, it's hard to convince someone else of their importance.

Just remember, "If you lead, they will follow!"
